Work schedules and rituals (daily meetings) are defined by the client to which the professional is allocated.
The hiring time for professionals assigned to the client is determined by the client and can be extended or the professional can be hired by the client without impediments from The Bridge.
We usually don't expose the salaries of vacancies, but it's possible that the recruiter responsible for the vacancy will talk more about it during the interview.
We have some cases of candidates who moved to another country, but this is determined by our client. We do not grant work visas to foreigners.

The stages of the selection process depend on the client for whom this process is carried out.
We work with both types of processes; those that you will be part of The Bridge and will be allocated to one of our specific clients. Just as we have vacancies in which the candidate will be directly hired by our client. Our recruiters will talk more about this during the interview.

All our clients and partners are served by a Costumer Success team and you can directly contact the Key Account dedicated to your structure. For recruitment and BPO processes, the Recruiters also leave your direct communication channel to the client.

Our commercial team will quickly schedule a meeting so that we can get to know each other, better understand your project, and prepare a commercial proposal. With the meeting and proposal aligned, we can start the search for the profile(s) you need.
