Who defines the work time zones?

Work schedules and rituals (daily meetings) are defined by the client to which the professional is allocated.

Do The Bridge professional allocation contracts have a fixed duration?

The hiring time for professionals assigned to the client is determined by the client and can be extended or the professional can be hired by the client without impediments from The Bridge.

What is the salary information for the vacancies?

We usually don't expose the salaries of vacancies, but it's possible that the recruiter responsible for the vacancy will talk more about it during the interview.

Are there in person work opportunities abroad?

We have some cases of candidates who moved to another country, but this is determined by our client. We do not grant work visas to foreigners.

We work with both types of processes; those that you will be part of The Bridge and will be allocated to one of our specific clients. Just as we have vacancies in which the candidate will be directly hired by our client. Our recruiters will talk more about this during the interview.

Not all vacancies. There is an indication of the work model (remote, hybrid or in person) in the vacancy title.

All our clients and partners are served by a Costumer Success team and you can directly contact the Key Account dedicated to your structure. For recruitment and BPO processes, the Recruiters also leave your direct communication channel to the client.

Do you hire and/or allocate professionals in all areas?

The Bridge positions itself as a global talent network with great focus on Tech, Data & Digital. Our greatest influence and expertise are in professionals related to the tech & digital world, both in digital businesses and in several traditional segments that demand technology and digital transformation projects. We can also attend profiles from other business areas, especially for clients who already know our work methodology and prefer a more 'tech' aligned approach to the selection process than a conventional one.

The first step is to answer a quick form in the top left corner 'Hire Talent' with basic information about your company, your contacts and basic profile information.
